INSPECT YOUR ORDER PROMPTLY UPON RECEIPT

Shortage and damage claims must be reported within five days of receipt. All returns and adjustments must be completed within 30 days of purchase. It is the purchaser's/installer's responsibility to verify the correctness and application of the parts prior to installation.

All returns require a Return Authorization* and a copy of your original invoice number. Have your invoice ready when you call.

Return parts must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

We do not reimburse for labor costs associated with the installation or replacement of the purchased part.
